This poem has brought me a lot of comfort. I also want to acknowledge the Go Fund Me hit $10,000 – which brings tangible comfort. My out-of-pocket maximum is $6,000, plus I will be missing 1-2 paychecks, and I did not have dental insurance when I originally saw the dentist and oral surgeon and had to dip into my emergency fund…so this money is going to go a very long way. You all have given us a gift we don’t know how to express enough gratitude for. You have lifted a heavy, heavy boulder off our backs and it makes us feel light, and loved, and safe. I don’t know how to give you a sense of the relief I feel – I kind of hope you never get here, so low, but believe me when I say your generosity will never be forgotten by my family. Thank you
