Beauty and Terror

Day 7!

Almost missed my massage being preoccupied with getting sick in the bathroom – made it with 3 minutes to spare – an hour later we’re sitting in the sunshine with breakfast

So many lessons this morning.

On learning how to best take care of myself right now:

“We escape a maze by trying new routes. We don’t feel we have failed when we hit a dead end. In fact, we appreciate the new knowledge. There is now a dead end we won’t try anymore. Every dead end and cul-de-sac helps us escape the maze. To know which path to take, it helps to take a few wrong ones.”

Ready for a beautiful sunshiny day, terror may linger, but I think beauty will prevail
