Checked myself in to the ED to watch the National Championship game Monday night out of an abundance of precaution, but was admitted after the heartbreaking loss

Update is we were no longer able to manage my pain at home; therefore I wasn’t eating or drinking and things were heading downhill quick.
After a dark few days, we’re turning a corner and hope to go home tomorrow
I think of Albus Dumbledore in times like these, he said: “Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, when one only remembers to turn on the light.”
My Aunt Ruth & Cousin Michael turned on the light for me today when I received this handmade frame from stones along Lake Michigan & these coasters made with all my favorite quotes from along my journey on the back, plus the artwork by his kiddos Really really spectacularly special to me
