Poured my heart into this Summer
Said ”Yes” to everything & lived a life I’m incredibly proud of
I am so excited to carry the joy of this season into the next, and thrilled to know my spirit was bruised, never broken, battered maybe, never beat
Thank you to everyone who added me to your Summer plans – you brightened my world 
David, Andrew, & Teresa for moving us to St. Louis
Mom & Karla for a Disney Princess trip and a bucket list Cirque du Soleil show
Rick, Sharon, & Clara for pop rocks on the fourth of July & a Broadway show
Deb, James, Stephanie, Elio, Irald, & Maltida for an escape in northern Michigan
Stephanie for asking me to be a bridesmaid
Mary & Brent for allowing my Mom and me to be part of your best day ever and reuniting me with Alma family
Uncle Ken, Aunt Cathy, & Uncle Bill for the shoutout at a live concert 
Emily for introducing us to her boyfriend, Brandon, and enjoying St. Louis BBQ with us
Deb for sending me my craft supplies & cookies
Leesa and Aunt Judy for showering me with cards when I needed them most
Jacqui, Meg, Connor, Liam, & Molly for filling my cup to the brim with love and laughter at the Summer Send-Off Wedding we all needed
Claire & Josh for throwing the Summer Send-Off Wedding of all of our dreams
Hayley & Niko for hosting brunch & sharing their little one’s joy with me
Jaiden for dinner downtown
& Nicholas (and Archie) for holding me up in every moment in between, every peak has its valley and you walk by my side when I need a hand to hold, in front of me when I need guidance, and behind me when I need support 
my Summer of rediscovery wouldn’t have been possible without you
